BE GRATEFUL. In stressful times one of the habits
What helps me most is to practice gratitude. Of course, there are so many big things to be grateful for such as our families, our health, safety access tofood and clean drinking water and so
much more. But it's important not to overlook the little things too. Therefore I'll be sharing 20 of those little things to be grateful for. 1: I am so grateful for the wildlife. I love looking at the different birds flying by as they're building their nests or even a little chipmunk that lives right outside our condo. 2:I'm grateful for opening the windows and breathing in the fresh air. 3:I'm grateful for baking yummy treats. 4:I'm grateful for cozying up for a good movie. 5:I'm grateful for all of the technology that allows me to connect with loved ones. 6: I'm grateful for that feeling after you have just cleaned something. 7: I'm grateful for sunsets. 8: I'm grateful for that first bite feeling after cooking a yummy meal. 9:I'm grateful for music. 10: I'm grateful for watching spring flowers bloom. 11:I'm grateful for that feeling after you have completed a project especially one that has taken a lot of effort in time. 12: I'm grateful for that first time you don't have to wear a jacket when you're going for a walk. 13: I'm grateful for those moments when you hear from someone you haven't talked to in a while. 14: I'm grateful for nature. 15: I'm grateful for online education and how there are so many amazing educational opportunities available even when we're staying home. 16: I'm grateful for having the privilege to stay home and the privilege to quarantine because although it's not my favorite thing to do I'm so lucky that I don't need to go anywhere.
17:I'm grateful for that feeling after a good workout. 18: I'm grateful for that fresh clean feeling after taking a shower.
19: I'm grateful for those light ball moments
where you suddenly have a new idea or a big idea and it's just a very exciting time. 20: I'm grateful for the kindness and generosity of everyone who is helping out during tough times.I think we're really able to see the
best of humanity during these moments and I'd encourage you if you're able in any way to positively contribute to either those in your inner circle or outside causes this is an amazing time to do so and I think your kindness will not go unnoticed.
